Judge Denies Gambino Associate's Bid To Dismiss Indictment

James Cadicamo Yesterday a federal judge in Tampa denied the motion by Club Mirage manager James V. Cadicamo to dismiss the racketeering indictment against him.  Cadicamo and four others were indicted last August for allegedly participating in a conspiracy to tamper with and retaliate against witness Michael Malone in connection with his cooperation in an earlier prosecution against the Gambino crime family, and the case currently is scheduled to go to trial in June.  Read Indictment John Alite, who last January admitted his role in several murders on behalf of the Gambino crime family, is expected to testify at the trial on behalf of the government.
