Waste carter Albert "Allie Boy" Tranquillo III, already serving an 8 1/2 year prison sentence on a 2004 extortion conviction that was tied to the Genovese crime family, has been given an additional 7 years following his conviction for bribing Mount Vernon city officials to look the other way in a $1.25 million fraudulent billing scheme as reported by Jorge Fitz-Gibbon and Jonathan Bandler for the Lower Hudsom Journal News. Tranquillo is "a nephew of reputed Genovese capo Pasquale 'Patsy' Parrello."
