The federal racketeering case against Jack Rosga, the reputed national president of the Outlaws, and three other suspected members from the motorcycle club now is in the hands of a jury in Richmond, VA as reported by The Associated Press. Rosga and twenty-six others were indicted last June, and to date fifteen have entered guilty pleas.
