At the trial yesterday of reputed Chicago Outfit capo Michael Sarno prosecutors showed the jury video- and audio-taped evidence in making their racketeering case against the Large Guy and his four co-defendants as reported by Chuck Goudie for WLS: "In real life, federal agents use sneaky tricks and tactics to catch mobsters in the act – all of the eavesdropping made legal by a judge's order. That was the prosecutor's lesson Tuesday for the jury that watched and listened to undercover evidence." Video
