Sandro Lo Piccolo, the 35-year-old son of former reputed "boss of bosses" Salvatore Lo Piccolo from Cosa Nostra or the Sicilian Mafia, is serving a life sentence following his 2007 arrest, and apparently the handsome young man isn't getting any action in prison. Accordingly, he seemingly has been releasing his frustrations through a series of letters to foot soldiers on the outside in which he vicariously experiences their sex lives as reported by Nick Pisa for The Telegraph:
In one letter he says: "My dear friend, erotic adventures as you like to call them, are a philosphy," before going on to advise him on how best to please his lover. Lo Piccolo . . . also wrote: "I am really disappointed to hear that you are leaving women unsatisfied," before offering himself as a substitute. * * * In another he wrote: "My friend, I read that you are making love all the time. I am the only one not having sex any more -- enjoy yourself and don't forget anyone."
