In Upper Darby, PA police have arrested six high school students and are searching for a seventh for their alleged "wolf pack" attack against a 13-year-old boy as reported by NBC Philadelphia: "Seven students who attend the Opportunity Center at the high school kidnapped, beat, and hung Nadin Khoury upside down from a tree until he fell face first, Upper Darby police superintendent Michael Chitwood said in a press conference Monday." Incredibly, the accused predators allegedly videotaped their seeming depravity and shamelessly posted the evidence to YouTube.
And to add insult to injury, law enforcement has charged the defendants as juveniles and school officials have told the victim not to return to class as reported by Fox 29. No wonder good citizens have no faith in their public institutions.
