Mexican marines have arrested Sergio "El Toto" Mora Cortez, a reputed local head of the drug trafficking Los Zetas, in connection with an investigation into the shooting death of U.S. ICE agent Jaime Zapata earlier this month as reported by BBC News. Last week authorities arrested the six Los Zetas gunmen suspected in the highway ambush against Special Agent Zapata.
