Joseph "Skinny Joey" Merlino has been released from a federal Indiana prison after serving more than a decade on a racketeering conviction, and the beefed-up former boss of the Philadelphia mob is moving "to a halfway house in southern Florida where he'll be able to have quality time with his wife and children" as reported by Vernon Odom for WPVI.
