Mexican soldiers yesterday arrested Jose Carlos Moreno Flores a/k/a The Fever who allegedly ran operations for the powerful Sinaloa drug cartel in the coastal state of Guerrero where hot spot Acapulco is located as reported by Rafael Romo for CNN. The arrest is an important victory for the Mexican government which otherwise has made little progress in dismantling the Sinaloa cartel which is headed by Forbes-listed billionaire Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman.
