Witness Against Biker Is Missing

A witness who was slated to testify for the government against reputed Hells Angels member Adam Lee Hall later this month in Pittsfield, MA has gone missing with two others, and authorities say they fear for the men's safety as reported by Ned Oliver for The Berkshire Eagle.  Hall had been out on $50,000 bail pending the trial but on Sunday police threw him in jail on child porn charges, and decline "to comment on whether Hall is considered a suspect in the three men's disappearances."  Hall was hit in 2009 with drug and weapons charges, and last fall allegedly attempted to frame the now-missing witness with a phony crime to discredit his testimony in the case.  In light of Hall's alleged plot to frame the witness it is inexplicable why a judge granted him bail.
