Following a Supreme Court decision last month in United States v. Jones which held using a GPS device to track a car owner without a search warrant violated the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, the FBI quietly has turned off 3,000 of the monitoring gadgets as reported byJulia Angwin for The Wall Street Journal.
