They're losing their heads in Mexico!
In the southwestern state of Guerrero authorities found ten severed heads "lined up on a street outside a slaughterhouse in Teloloapan, about 155 miles south of Mexico City" as reported by Richard Hartley-Parkinson for the Daily Mail:
Teloloapan is in the Tierra Caliente region of Guerrero, where the La Familia cartel and its offshoot, Los Caballeros Templarios (The Knights Templar), are fighting for territory. A statement from the Teloloapan police said the heads were left with a message that appeared to threaten the La Familia cartel. * * * La Familia is based in Michoacan state, which lies to the east of Guerrero.
The bodies that once were attached to the heads have not been found, and presumably are busy haunting their killers.
Ichabod Crane's fright from being chased by the Headless Horseman in Sleepy Hollow ain't nothing compared to the terror that the drug cartels are generating in Narco Land.
Meanwhile, The Knights Templar has promised to cut back on the violence next weekend when Pope Benedict XVI arrives to visit the God-forsaken, demon-possessed country.
