RCMP Must Disclose Mob Evidence In Legislative Inquiry On Construction Industry

A Quebec court has ordered the RCMP to produce wiretap and other evidence collected during its mob-busting Project Colisée operation to a legislative committee dubbed the Charbonneau Commission which is examining alleged corruption of the construction industry by the Montreal Mafia and dirty politicians as reported by The Montreal Gazette:  "the commission has been trying to get the evidence since late last year, claiming it contains proof of direct links between the Mafia and construction firms throughout the province."
