U.S. law enforcement authorities discovered 180 bales of marijuana -- 8,068 pounds worth $4 million -- floating in the Pacific Ocean fifteen miles off Dana Point in southern California as reported by The Orange County Register. The rightful owner may try filing a claim to recover the product which now is being held by the Border Patrol.
