A Massachusetts jury has convicted reputed Patriarca capo and FBI informant Mark Rossetti for "ordering a break-in at a Boston-area home to steal heroin and money" as reported by The Associated Press.
Rossetti still faces trial on other charges including extortion and drug trafficking from a October 2010 indictment which swept up his alleged crew. Ten defendants from that indictment have pleaded guilty, and seven of those "have received sentences of probation" as reported by Mike Beaudet for WFXT.
